Uygulamayı indirerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Uygulamayı App Store'dan edindiyseniz Apple'ın Standart Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi de geçerlidir; bu koşullar onu tamamlar, çelişki olursa Apple'ın sözleşmesi esas alınır.

1. Lisans

Size uygulamayı kendi cihazlarınızda, kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçla kullanmanız için münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir lisans verilir. Uygulama satılmaz, lisanslanır. Uygulamayı kopyalamak, değiştirmek, tersine mühendislik uygulamak, kiralamak veya yeniden dağıtmak yasaktır.

2. Oyun içi para birimi ve sanal ürünler

Jetonlar, araçlar, yıldızlar ve benzeri oyun içi öğeler sanaldır: gerçek para değeri taşımaz, paraya çevrilemez, devredilemez ve satılamaz.
Oyun ilerlemeniz ve jetonlarınız yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır; hesap veya sunucu yoktur. Uygulamayı silerseniz ya da cihazı değiştirirseniz ilerleme ve kalan jetonlar kaybolabilir.
“Reklamsız” paketi kalıcıdır ve “Satın alımları geri yükle” ile aynı mağaza hesabındaki başka bir cihaza taşınabilir. Jeton paketleri ve Başlangıç Paketi tüketilebilir ürünlerdir; geri yüklenemez.

3. Satın almalar ve iade

Uygulama ücretsizdir ve isteğe bağlı uygulama içi satın almalar içerir. Ödeme App Store veya Google Play tarafından alınır; kart bilgilerinizi görmeyiz. Fiyatlar mağazada gösterilir ve ülkeye göre değişebilir. İade talepleri ilgili mağazanın kurallarına tabidir ve mağazaya iletilmelidir.

4. Reklamlar

Ödüllü reklamlar isteğe bağlıdır; izlediğinizde oyun içi ödül kazanırsınız. Bölüm aralarında seyrek geçiş reklamları gösterilebilir; “Reklamsız” paketiyle kalkar. Reklamlar Google AdMob tarafından sunulur; ayrıntılar Gizlilik Politikası'ndadır.

5. Kullanım kuralları

Uygulamayı hileli araçlarla değiştirmek, satın alma veya reklam ödülü mekanizmalarını kötüye kullanmak ya da uygulamayı yasa dışı amaçlarla kullanmak yasaktır.

6. Fikri mülkiyet ve içerik

Uygulamanın adı, görselleri, kodu ve tasarımı Mustafa Mercan'a aittir. Oyunda geçen il, ilçe ve semt adları yalnızca coğrafi bağlam için kullanılır; “kentsel dönüşüm” teması kurgusaldır ve herhangi bir kamu kurumu, belediye veya gerçek bir projeyle bağlantılı değildir.

7. Sorumluluğun sınırı

Uygulama “olduğu gibi” sunulur; kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağı taahhüt edilmez. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde, uygulamanın kullanımından, sanal öğelerin kaybından veya veri kaybından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumluluk kabul edilmez.

8. Değişiklikler, uygulanacak hukuk ve iletişim

Bu koşullar güncellenebilir; güncel hali her zaman bu adreste yayımlanır. Koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir; tüketici olarak ikamet ettiğiniz ülkenin zorunlu tüketici hakları saklıdır. Sorularınız için: [email protected]

By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms. If you obtained the app from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies; these terms supplement it, and Apple's agreement prevails in case of conflict.

1. License

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on your own devices for personal, non-commercial purposes. The app is licensed, not sold. Copying, modifying, reverse engineering, renting or redistributing the app is prohibited.

2. In-game currency and virtual items

Coins, tools, stars and similar in-game items are virtual: they have no real-money value and cannot be exchanged for money, transferred or sold.
Your progress and coins are stored only on your device; there is no account or server. If you delete the app or change devices, progress and remaining coins may be lost.
The “Remove Ads” pack is permanent and can be moved to another device on the same store account with “Restore purchases”. Coin packs and the Starter Pack are consumable and cannot be restored.

3. Purchases and refunds

The app is free and offers optional in-app purchases. Payment is handled by the App Store or Google Play; we never see your card details. Prices are shown in the store and may vary by country. Refund requests are subject to the store's own rules and must be sent to the store.

4. Ads

Rewarded ads are optional; watching one earns an in-game reward. Occasional interstitial ads may appear between levels and are removed by the “Remove Ads” pack. Ads are served by Google AdMob; see the Privacy Policy for details.

5. Acceptable use

Modifying the app with cheating tools, abusing the purchase or ad-reward mechanisms, or using the app for unlawful purposes is prohibited.

6. Intellectual property and content

The app's name, artwork, code and design belong to Mustafa Mercan. Province, district and neighbourhood names are used only for geographic context; the “urban renewal” theme is fictional and not affiliated with any public body, municipality or real project.

7. Limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is” without any guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for indirect damages arising from use of the app, loss of virtual items or loss of data.

8. Changes, governing law and contact

These terms may be updated; the current version is always published at this address. They are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence. Questions: [email protected]

1. Lizenz

Du erhältst eine nicht exklusive, nicht übertragbare, widerrufliche Lizenz, die App auf deinen eigenen Geräten privat und nicht kommerziell zu nutzen. Die App wird lizenziert, nicht verkauft. Kopieren, Verändern, Reverse Engineering, Vermieten oder Weiterverbreiten ist untersagt.

2. Spielwährung und virtuelle Gegenstände

Münzen, Werkzeuge, Sterne und ähnliche Spielinhalte sind virtuell: Sie haben keinen Geldwert und können weder ausgezahlt, übertragen noch verkauft werden.
Dein Fortschritt und deine Münzen werden nur auf deinem Gerät gespeichert; es gibt kein Konto und keinen Server. Löschst du die App oder wechselst das Gerät, können Fortschritt und Münzen verloren gehen.
Das „Werbefrei“-Paket ist dauerhaft und lässt sich mit „Käufe wiederherstellen“ auf ein anderes Gerät mit demselben Store-Konto übertragen. Münzpakete und das Startpaket sind Verbrauchsartikel und können nicht wiederhergestellt werden.

3. Käufe und Erstattungen

Die App ist kostenlos und bietet optionale In-App-Käufe. Die Zahlung wickelt der App Store oder Google Play ab; wir sehen deine Kartendaten nie. Preise werden im Store angezeigt und können je nach Land abweichen. Erstattungen richten sich nach den Regeln des jeweiligen Stores und sind dort zu beantragen.

4. Werbung

Belohnungsvideos sind freiwillig und bringen eine Belohnung im Spiel. Zwischen Levels kann gelegentlich Werbung erscheinen; das „Werbefrei“-Paket entfernt sie. Die Werbung liefert Google AdMob; Details in der Datenschutzerklärung.

5. Zulässige Nutzung

Untersagt sind Veränderungen der App mit Cheat-Werkzeugen, der Missbrauch von Kauf- oder Werbebelohnungen sowie die Nutzung zu rechtswidrigen Zwecken.

6. Geistiges Eigentum und Inhalte

Name, Grafiken, Code und Design der App gehören Mustafa Mercan. Namen von Provinzen, Bezirken und Vierteln dienen nur der geografischen Einordnung; das Thema „Stadterneuerung“ ist fiktiv und steht in keiner Verbindung zu Behörden, Gemeinden oder realen Projekten.

7. Haftungsbeschränkung

Die App wird „wie besehen“ bereitgestellt, ohne Gewähr für unterbrechungs- oder fehlerfreien Betrieb. Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, wird keine Haftung für mittelbare Schäden aus der Nutzung, dem Verlust virtueller Gegenstände oder von Daten übernommen.

8. Änderungen, anwendbares Recht und Kontakt

Diese Bedingungen können aktualisiert werden; die aktuelle Fassung steht stets unter dieser Adresse. Es gilt das Recht der Republik Türkei, unbeschadet zwingender Verbraucherrechte in deinem Wohnsitzland. Fragen: [email protected]
